Semi-Annual Performance Reviews

Ongoing feedback, both formal and informal, is critical to every employee's success and growth.  At Kingland Systems, we conduct a full performance review cycle every 6 months, which includes peer reviews, goal feedback, and a manager review.  This helps ensure manager's expectations align with the employee's.  This collaboration is key to the employee's growth, as well as KSC's.

Career Development Program

KSC's Career Development Program (CDP) provides employees with a clear, yet flexible, approach to growing your career.  Whether you want to be a Business Analyst, Accounting Professional, or Software Engineer, the CDP helps to establish a plan for how you can grow your career, your capability, and your level.  Your career information will be tracked in our CDP Dashboard Tool, an internal web tool we've created to help us manage the program, and provide employees with accurate, up to date, career development information.

Total Compensation Model

Our Total Compensation Model was designed to motivate employees to grow their career, their responsibilities, and their salary.  It combines your base pay with a variety of incentive types, which has the possibility of yielding far greater returns than the typical compensation model.  As you grow your career, you grow your total compensation potential.  It's as simple as that.
