Building a Culture for Growth
5 years ago, we set out on a 10 year strategic vision to grow our business by solving complex business problems for the financial sector. Today, we've implemented a number of fundamental programs and initiatives to aid us in this journey. Our CMMI initiative is strengthening our consistency, process and flow between teams and clients. Our Career Development Program is guiding employees on how they can grow their skills, knowledge and career at Kingland Systems. Rainmaking initiatives have been deployed to motivate and reward employees for bringing in new business. We understood that building our foundation would be the key to our long-term success; therefore we invested in our company and can see the benefit of this decision. Instead of just growing, we've grown the right way!
