The Independence Compliance Affidavit (ICA) application is a tool used by large companies to automate their processes of certifying and confirming employees’ adherence to corporate compliance policies and practices. 

How does it work?

Our Independence Compliance Affidavit (ICA) application is an intuitive electronic employee certification system used to monitor and manage compliance with pertinent company, industry and regulatory guidelines. The ICA application can be used to survey individual employees, partners, officers, directors, and other corporate decision makers to identify and address concerns arising from the breach of applicable policies or regulations. The ICA application also serves as on-line repository for appropriate company, industry and regulatory documentation as well as a certification audit trail.

• Compliance Survey Creation.  Compliance surveys of any size can be created and delivered to users within the application, allowing responses to be electronically recorded and archived.

• Online Monitoring.  Online reports and other tools allow the completion of surveys to be monitored and tracked.

• Multiple Language Translations.  Each survey can contain multiple translations, allowing users to select the language that they prefer.

• Customizable by Rule Set.  Separate surveys can be created for different user roles.

• Survey Recall.  Surveys that have not been completed can be recalled.

• Customizable by Compliance Region.  Separate surveys can be created and managed by compliance region.

• Reminder Emails.  Unresponsive users may be prompted with automated reminder emails that are generated on a preset schedule.
