401(k) Plan

Kingland Systems Corporation offers a voluntary pretax salary reduction plan through Fidelity Investments, with discretionary employer matching contribution, currently at 50% of the first 6% of the employee's contribution. Part-time employees must accrue 1000 hours per year to be eligible for the employer match. Employees may contribute up to 60% of their income and have many investment options to choose from. With on-line access, employees can check the status of their accounts frequently and make investment elections at the beginning of each calendar month. Employees gain vesting at a rate of 20% per year.

The 401(k) plan also accepts qualified rollover accounts from previous employer's qualified plans.

Group Life Insurance

Kingland Systems Corporation currently provides up to $50,000 term life insurance for all full-time employees through Lincoln Financial Group. Supplemental life insurance, up to an additional $50,000 is also available on a voluntary, employee-paid basis, without underwriting.
