David is responsible for setting the vision and direction of the company, and oversees the business operations of the company. Mr. Kingland founded Kingland in 1992, and has guided the company to become a leader in providing software based solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. Prior to founding the company, he founded an SEC registered financial services firm.

Tony is responsible for strategy, growth, and products of the company. Mr. Brownlee served previously as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, head of business development, and other management positions driving the company’s product and client growth over the past 20 years. Joining the company in 2003, Tony's work with Kingland has been instrumental in growing the company. Tony is recognized in the industry as a creative thought leader and “data nerd.”

Courtney is responsible for Kingland’s operations worldwide, including all software delivery, client engagement, security, IT, accounting, and human resource functions for Kingland’s locations throughout the United States and Asia. Courtney is a seasoned leader with a passion for continuous improvement and talent development. She has pioneered many of Kingland’s leading operational practices for quality, efficiency, and client success. Courtney joined Kingland in 2010 and has fulfilled roles in marketing, data operations, client engagement, business analytics, compliance, and other management positions before becoming the president in 2023.

Todd is responsible for governance, legal and administrative oversight of the company. Mr. Rognes is a seasoned leader of private and public software and professional services businesses. Mr. Rognes previously served as CEO, President and CFO of Kingland, joining the company in 1999. He held several executive positions in the technology industry prior to joining Kingland.

Jeff is responsible for managing and overseeing accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, audit and tax. Mr. Jacobs is also responsible for strategic oversight of Kingland’s human resources function. Prior to joining Kingland, Mr. Jacobs was an Audit Manager at KPMG where he was responsible for the coordination and overall management of integrated and financial statement audits of financial services organizations.

Jason is a maker and constant innovator with over 25 years of experience architecting, designing, and leading Enterprise-scale software systems development and delivery. He has been instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering many of Kingland's software solutions and products and has consulted with fortune 500 companies on many software systems critical to their businesses. In addition, Jason loves to mentor and teach others and is a constant learner. As Kingland's CIO, Jason has responsibility for Software Design, Delivery, and Support, where he manages our delivery people, technology, and processes. Outside of Kingland, you can find Jason spending time with his family, helping software startups, remodeling houses, and spending time on the water.

Ron is responsible for leading the company’s client engagement functions, encompassing client relationship management and support and operations. Mr. Jordan has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry working with industry-leading organizations such as DTCC and NYSE. He served 4 years as a member of the Financial Research Advisory Committee of the U.S. Treasury Office of Financial Research.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Good has gained a variety of experiences at Kingland, IBM and SPSS architecting and engineering software solutions and leading teams focused on compliance, risk management, predictive analytics, AI-based enterprise data management automation, and brokerage web and reporting applications.

Shane is responsible for overall security and data protection. This includes aspects of security operations, security compliance and risk, security technology/engineering, and data privacy. Prior to Kingland, Mr. Jones was the Global Security Services Operations Manager and the Sr. Information System Security Manager for Raytheon Missile Systems, and worked extensively with customers, regulators, and inspectors throughout the Department of Defense.

Jon leads Kingland’s professional services implementation teams for Banking & Capital Markets. Mr. Allen also directs a staff focused on data cleansing and monitoring operations. He has over 15 years of experience in data analysis and software engineering, including data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data modeling projects.

Mr. Li is a seasoned software development and project management leader, specializing in solution deliveries to financial industry clients. Mr. Li spent several years at Accenture and IBM, leading extensive software development and maintenance projects and the delivery strategy of insurance products.

Christy’s technical background spans Windows, SQL, AIX, DB2, cloud computing and numerous certifications.

David has served as the Raisbeck Endowed Dean of the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University for the last five years. Before assuming this position, Spalding served for eight years at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, most recently as senior vice president and senior advisor to Dartmouth’s president. Prior to Dartmouth, Spalding had a 29-year career in finance in New York City.

Azra represents Abry Partners. She has originated, supervised and been a board member of numerous companies during her career. Before joining Abry, Azra was a member of the Communications, Media and Entertainment investment banking group at Goldman Sachs.
